For immediate consideration, please e-mail resume to posting or text Brandon (909) 706-5416 Position Title: Winemaking Lab Intern Position Type: Part time, temp to hire Experience level: college courses in science a must OR on the job experience This position reports directly to the Winemaker The right candidate will provide technical and logistical support to the team by performing lab analysis and assisting with fermentations. Duties will include: - Performing basic wet chemistry including acid-base titrations, distillations, and paper chromatography - Utilizing equipment to check pH, Alcohol and other parameters involved in the production of wine. -Research, performing trials, compiling spreadsheets, pulling samples Schedule: We offer a very flexible schedule consisting of 16+ hours per week with the opportunity to work more hours during our Harvest time.
