Shared lockout available at Downtown Rehearsal

Hey everyone, I’m moving out of town and have to leave my lock out space at Downtown Rehearsal. If you know downtown rehearsal than you are already aware that these are excellent lock outs. Lots of well known bands and artists have or had rooms here. You would be sharing this space with one other drummer and would have the freedom to rehearse whenever you want. In the pictures, my side is the one with the dark green drum kit and box lights. You would have that whole side and also half the storage space up on the loft which saves floor space. This room is perfect for a small band, solo artist or drummer. E mail me if you’d like to come check it out. Your share of the rent would be 450 $ a month.
