Looking for experienced painter for apartment vacancies side work. Typical One Bedroom Pictured. We provide ALL supplies needed (No Tools) We have about 3-5 vacancies come up each month and usually put a quick coat of paint on before showing / leasing. Very little prep required. Most units are in good condition but we do offer more for major repairs on a case by case basis. Can do job early hours, after hours at night or weekends. Anytime works. 2 Colors: 1 for walls. 1 for doors, trim and casings. 1) Paint All Walls Entire Unit (No Ceilings) 2) Paint All baseboard trim 3) Paint All Interior and exterior doors, both sides and casings. 4) Finishing Caulking as Needed We Provide all Supplies Needed (No Tools) and Pay: $500 per Three Bedroom Unit $400 per Two Bedroom Unit $300 per One Bedroom Unit We also pay extra for drywall repairs as needed if they exceed normal prep type work (i.e. Large holes in walls etc.) Please text me @ 808-205-0202 if interested.
