Cleaning Supervisor needed for 3rd Shift Monday thru Friday in an educational setting. Supervisor must have strong experience in commercial cleaning and also have experience supervising a staff of up to 4 or 5 people. This position will be a working position where half of the shift is performing cleaning duties while the other half is supervising staff. Supervising duties may include: working with staff and training them on proper cleaning procedures, disciplinary actions, quality inspections, inspecting areas of the building, scheduling and performing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties, performing project work, keeping inventory on chemicals and equipment, inspecting equipment, and working with the Area Manager in charge of the account.
