Role & Responsibilities: - Diagnosis & Repairs of a Wide Variety of Property Maintenance Issues - Perform Any/All Necessary Property Maintenance: Interior & Exterior - Driving Company Van/Vehicle - Keeping Scheduled Appointments & Being Kind/Helpful to Tenants - Filling out Detailed Work Orders & Receipts for Accounts Payable Department - Becoming Familiar with All Properties & Scheduled Maintenance - Walkthrough Move Out Inspections & Punch Lists - Walkthrough Move In Inspections & Document Condition Qualifications & Skills - General Handyman - Clean Driving Record & Current Drivers License - Ability to Tow Trailer - Plumbing (Some/Any) - Electrical (Some/Any) - Painting (Some/Any) - HVAC (Some/Any) - Construction & Demo (Some/Any) - Landscaping & Sprinkler (Some/Any) - Organized & Efficient - Great Customer Service - Good, Constant Communication - Proficient with Necessary Phone Messaging & Apps
