Bag stolen from car...I want it back

No questions asked. I don't even care about what's in it. It was a gift from a relative who has passed away, and it has my military patches sewn on. Taken from my car yesterday afternoon along with a backpack with GoPro in it. I don't care about the other stuff, but someone probably just discarded the bag.
