PO cannot access tenants mailboxes, landlord unconcerned

Description

We have not received mails and parcels from the Lombard Post Office mail carriers for over a week now. Filed a complaint with PO. Also called PO at , employee said the current key cannot open the building front door and tenants must now get their mail personally from the Lombard PO. We have informed the landlord several times of the problem and the landlord has not returned calls, at least to me, who is most affected because I receive RX and several subscriptions through the mail. Today neither the Lombard PO and the landlord is picking up my phone call. The landlord must provide the replacement key, does he not? Any suggestions to resolve this problem. Thanks.
