Must have some experience in all phases of residential construction and remodel, be motivated, dependable and hard working. MUST have a valid driver’s license and MUST be able to pass a drug test and background check. Pay is based on experience/abilities and is negotiable. Must be detail oriented, quality focused, organized and able to complete tasks given within time frame. Perform all carpentry duties needed to complete each job (includes demo, framing, trim, drywall, concrete, insulation, cabinetry, painting, insurance restoration - small to large loss, etc.) Must have the ability to solve minor problems/challenges that may occur in day-to-day remodel operation.
