Essential Duties
Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which include:
Trash pick up in common areas and roadways
sweeping curb areas
ensuring cleanliness through out the community
planting seasonal flowers/mulch
mowing and landscaping to include, pruning bushes, shrub trimming, weed trimming
maintaining other property features as in outside lights, painting signs, fences & general labor
Plowing/Salting Roadways during the winter Season
Experience in Underground & Interior Plumbing- Digging for Broken water lines
Some Electrical & Construction experience
Experience in Manufactured Home repairs-exterior/interior a plus
Skill Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied and busy work environment
Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and organized
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Positive teamwork attitude
Willing and eager to learn
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to pass a background check and a driving record.
Must be able to be on call 24/7 for emergencies

Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees
Assure safety standards are used at all times to comply with all guidelines

40 Hour Work Week with Emergency Calls
