Join Pandora’s US Operations team today as a Building Maintenance Technician! This role will assist the Director, NAM Facilities in all aspects of facility management and operations for the Distribution Center and 250 W Pratt Street facilities. They will assess and consider daily the safety of our employees, the security of our assets and the service to our members. This is a Part-Time position; the ideal candidate will be available to work 3 days per week, and possess the flexibility to work on weekends, as needed. What you will be responsible for: • Acts as the primary contact for the Distribution Center for any building issues. • Responsible for performing basic maintenance such as painting, perform general and miscellaneous repairs as needed. • Works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed per specifications. • Identify and employ new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. • Recognize and demonstrate good communication and listening skills with clients, customers, and team members. • Demonstrate organizational and effective time management skills. • Coordinates and assists with departmental and employee moves. • Dismantles and installs furniture. • Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities Management Work Environment: • Combination of warehouse and office space environment A bit about you: • 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar environment • HS Diploma/GED and/or Vocational/Technical Certificate • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Facilities Management Systems • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing internal stakeholders with timely and accurate resolutions • Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving • Highly professional, efficient and personable • Self motivated with an ability to work independently • Ability to walk the building, ascend stairs, occasionally lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and perform other general physical activities • Must have a reliable form of transportation Our rewards: • Health insurance (includes prescription drug and vision) • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) plan with company match and immediate vests • Tuition reimbursement • Jewelry discount • Peer recognition program • Free meals (breakfast and lunch) • Gym membership subsidy • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Personal, Sick, Volunteerism, Celebration Day) • Paid Holidays • & more!
