we are seeking skilled, reliable general labors to join our crews. In this position you will assist the crew supervisor with all aspects of the pool building process. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. General labor duties and responsibilities - Unload tools and materials, site preparation and set up equipment - Follow instruction from the crew supervisor - Safely use tools and equipment to set in place and assemble the pool walls, plumb water lines, pour concrete footing, install coping and cover boxes, apply pool-crete - Safely use shovels, picks and rakes to prepare the ground for the pool, pool-crete and backfill General labor requirements and qualifications - High school degree or equivalent - Trade school or construction experience a plus - Must be 18 years of age - Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds - Positive attitude and work ethic - Able to work independently or as an active team member - Availability to work overtime and some weekends - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Please email for an application or send a resume.
