Description

We are looking for a maintenance technician for a property in Winston-Salem with 96 units. Must be able to work well with others. Full time position with alternating emergency on call. **HVAC Certified a plus Must have an understanding of light electrical (installing light fixtures, fans, changing outlets etc.). Must have an understanding of light plumbing (putting in sink faucets, toilets, snaking a drain, etc.). Additional training is offered if needed. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic, and for someone who has an understanding of a maintenance position. *Paid vacation days and holdays.
