Guitar Tech or Guitar player who can tune a guitar for my son @shows

My son’s band asked me to find someone to roadie or tune guitars throughout their shows. The last guy we had to let go because he told my son “no” about something and it got him upset. My son can have a bit of a temper, I do admit this, but we are paying the stage hands a good chunk of change to set up his gear and be ready during the show if a string breaks or if he needs to go from acoustic to electric mid-set. Must be able to deal with 16 year olds and their unpredictable attitudes. Also must have own ride to gigs, mostly Nassau/Suffolk, sometimes NYC. We will provide you with strings, tuners, string winders, wire-cutters, gloves, etc. Pay is $250 per gig, he plays about 6 times a month, most gigs are 45 mins tops. You’ll need to attend rehearsal as well which is twice per month at our home in northern Nassau. Rehearsal pay is $100 for a three hour rehearsal. These kids work hard and they want to make it so I have no problem getting them the help they need to put on a great show. If you have an issue with my son’s requests or behavior, just come to me, you don’t have to answer to him, we can usually work it out without drama. Please remember the number one rule: we aren’t paying you for your advice so keep opinions to yourself, especially around my son and his band mates. You’re a tech and that is it. Must have clean license, record, no drugs, etc.
