Why are posts on the Craigslist musicians page in particular so poorly put together? Why would anyone take this post seriously? The whole post is one sentence "Hey. we need a good guitar player (with a good sound for funk & blues) we have a very good material !" Who is we? Why did you not include: The name of the band, what kind of music you play, how many band members, do you play out live, what is the makeup of your band, where are you located, how often do you rehearse, what are your goals, etc etc? I'm not trying to be a jerk here, just really scratching my head at posts like this. If I was looking to join a serious band I would totally ignore this post. Put in some basic information and even a shred of effort. Would take 1 minute to write a halfway decent post. Maybe that was a joke/troll post, maybe not. Even if it wasn't there are many serious posts that aren't far off from that one.
