Segway tour guide Needed immediately! Segways are SELF BALANCING and with proper instruction take the average person only a few minutes until they're riding on their own. Our season is about half way over and we stay pretty steady into the fall with the changing colors. We're looking for someone who can be available for tours on most weekends as well as week day availability. La Crosse Segway Tours is an exciting tour business. We were the winner of the 2017 Tourism business of the year award and we are the top rated activity on TripAdvisor! This is our 7th season and we operate quality, informative and fun guided Segway tours up to 3-4 times daily, with up to 8 riders per tour. Our tour season runs from March through October/November depending on weather. Most hours will be Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays but there will be plenty of opportunities for tours during the week as well, especially during the summer. Ideal candidates would be someone who has lived in the La Crosse area for all/most of their life, is knowledgeable about the area, willing to learn a little history of La Crosse, outgoing, is safety conscience, and loves to give people a great time. The pay for this job is pretty good considering you will get very generous tips in addition to your hourly pay ($10/hour), not to mention you get to be outside all day riding around on a Segway! ***When applying, please tell us your favorite type of Pizza.
