Essential Duties Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which include: Trash pick up in common areas and roadways sweeping curb areas ensuring cleanliness through out the community planting seasonal flowers/mulch mowing and landscaping to include, pruning bushes, shrub trimming, weed trimming maintaining other property features as in outside lights, painting signs, fences & general labor Plowing/Salting Roadways during the winter Season Experience in Underground & Interior Plumbing- Digging for Broken water lines Some Electrical & Construction experience Experience in Manufactured Home repairs-exterior/interior a plus Skill Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied and busy work environment Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and organized Ability to lift 50+ lbs Positive teamwork attitude Willing and eager to learn Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to pass a background check and a driving record.
