Students and Trucks is a moving and storage company based in Alexandria, Virginia. Our team has both students and non-students. As an up-and-coming company operating in the DMV area, we are looking for hardworking movers who can provide both the physical and interpersonal skills required to ensure every move leaves the customer happy. We offer competitive base pay, substantially improved by tips and incentive programs as well as flexible hours. In addition, due to the youth of our company opportunities for upward mobility are unmatched by any other employer. Our employees are required to: -Show up on time and in uniform (uniforms are provided) on all shifts. -Submit availability for the coming week on the preceding Friday -Perform above and beyond your expectations for bonuses. -Maintain a respectful and personable attitude towards both customers co-workers, and management. -Adhere to company protocols and SOPs on the job. -Work well in a team environment. -Complete 30 minute remote training before your first shift -Complete 4 days of on the job training (paid)
