L4 Property Services is hiring! We are looking to add Construction Foreman to our growing team. We provide demolition, disaster restoration, and commercial and post-construction cleaning services to government, commercial and residential clients throughout the DC metro area. Ensures that all team members and materials are prepared prior the start of each day. • Job Site Team Lead – Ensures that the team works efficiently and that assigned work tasks are completed accurately according to assigned job scope. • Safety – Ensures full work team is properly outfitted with required PPE and that all team members are following at jobsite safety requirements at all times. • Job Communication, Reporting and Paperwork – Effectively communicates with L4 Supervisor, Job Site Superintendents and Team Members to understand scope of work to be performed & timeline in which the work must be completed. Thoroughly & timely completes and turns in completed job reports and updates to L4 management. • Carpentry – Serves as a Carpenter on various small to medium sized repair and demolition jobs. • Other duties, as assigned. What You Will Need: • General construction, materials, and tools knowledge. • Ability to safely use all power tools and accurately cut wood and other building materials. • Ability to work independently on small repairs and finish work. • Ability to lead a 3-5 person team, ensuring the job is running efficiently and within the budgeted timeframe. • Experience working on active construction sites. • Ability to follow all jobsite safety requirements. • Customer service mindset. • Clear communication skills. • Must be a team player. • High attention to detail. • Neat and clean appearance at all times. • Flexibility to support all divisions within the company. • Flexibility to work a variety of scheduled hours. • Must possess Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s License. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check including drug screen.
