* Kitchen Counter - Fill in some plaster, etc under the overhang part of the counter top. Mount 3 support brackets I have. * There are 2 rounded wall edges on both sides of the counter. They were not finished properly and will need to be redone. * Garbage disposal - the contractor who did the kitchen messed up the wiring to the garbage disposal. Depending on cost, we either fix the wiring or find alternate solution to hook up electricity and a switch, possibly placing a switch in the cabinet under the sink. * Finish connecting garbage disposal * Dishwasher - was originally mounted crooked and sloppy. Install correctly. * Cut vent hole in the outer rear wall and attach vent duck from inside (for venting range hood). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note: need to be really skilled with drywall/wall repair and texturing to get the round wall edges texture to match. * Separate estimate on ceiling repair in living room. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once we connect by email I will share my phone number.
