Parking Enforcement Agent - Join the exciting world of parking enforcement. Want to earn more than Minimum Wage? This is the opportunity for you if you are willing to put forth the effort. It is $14.77 an hour guaranteed. We offer a commission rate that can earn you $30.00 an hour or more depending on YOU. Earning potential beyond minimum wage is completely up to YOU and your willingness to work. Work is driving a company vehicle from property to property throughout the Greater Metro Denver Area - Longmont to Parker. You will drive and walk apartment and HOA communities looking for parking violations as shown in our App. You will use your SmartPhone with our App to enforce the parking rules of each property. You will issue out Warning Notices for parking violations. - Commission for each Notice. You will boot vehicles with our Remote Release Vehicle Boot. - Commission for each Boot Installed You will arrange for a tow truck to tow vehicles that need to be impounded. - Commission for each Tow Impound This is a Non-Confrontational Position - We provide Body Cams, Flashlights, Uniform and Equipment to perform your job in a professional manner. Free Training Provided - 4 days 4 hours a day. You must have a good driving record and license. We provide Second Chances to the right people. Payroll is 7th and 22nd of each month. 1 Week Paid Vacation
