We are a full service real estate company specializing in managing and leasing single family residential houses and small apartment complexes. We are hiring a person that is a painter/handyman/carpenter a jack of all trades person to do maintenance work orders and make ready's all around the greater Houston metro area and beyond. You work from your truck. Your on the road all day going from job to job all over town and will be communicating with the maintenance dispatcher during the day loading you up with work to be done. **You must have your own tools and truck and your truck must be reliable (will pay mileage)** Most of the work is interior work. Plumbing experience is a plus. So is HVAC and Electrical knowledge is a plus. This is a W9 job. Full time 40 hours a week. Pay by the hour.
