Construction/Laboror/Handyperson $15-18/hr

Description

We are seeking someone with good work ethic who would like to grow their skills in all phases of construction by working along side more skilled workers or a contractor. We are seeking one who is able to work well others and independently when unsupervised, has their own transportation, good driving record, and a valid driver's license who is dependable and safety minded to help with new construction projects but also on rehabilitating fixer uppers for a housing rental company. You will also be called upon to do repairs on rentals, so basic knowledge in plumbing and electrical is a plus. Other work description may include job site cleanup, yard work, building fences, and landscaping. We offer one week paid sick time per year, accrued paid vacation, paid Christmas, Thanksgiving, and 4th of July. Room for pay raises annually. Work is primarily in the Grants Pass but may include the Cave Junction area. Please email your resume if you are interested in applying for this position.
