Missing brindle champain pitbull puppy

I was needing a temp foster home.for my puppy. I tracked the guy down he didn't have my puppy said he gave him to a russian lady on 122... Wouldn't tell me where... His name is Maui. He is almost a year old. He was wearing a gray save black padded harness. His eyes are Champaign colored like his fur. He is a rescue and He is not people friendly and has only taken to me. Im very concerned he will attack someone if he is not found soon.
