Our Company is currently seeking a Pipelayer/laborer for immediate hire.
Responsibilities Include:
-Installing water, sewer, and storm systems.
-Dig, grade, level, and tamp pipe trenches by hand or with trenching tools and tamps.
-Layout pipe routes following written instructions, blueprints, or verbal instruction/communication.
-Install and repair water and fire line pipe systems.
-Install and repair sanitary and stormwater sewer structures and pipe systems.
-Connect pipes and seal joints using various materials
-Covering pipes with earth or other materials
-Use instruments such as levels, lasers and grade rods.
-Be able to run multiple types of heavy equipment
Requirements:
-Must be able to pass a drug test.
-Work well with others and be able to resolve conflict.
-Positive attitude and being a self-starter.
-Working knowledge of OSHA standards for trench safety and general knowledge of safety on the site.
