Lawn and Landscape Specialist COMPENSATION: Lawn care jobs pay $12-$18 per hour. Landscape jobs pay $12-$14 per hour. Paid on the 1st & 15th of each month. ADVANCEMENT: We are a medium size company offering a strong team and family atmosphere that we would love for you to be a part of. We only promote from within our ranks and are looking for long term employees. We have spots available on the following crews: House Cleaning, Lawn, Irrigation Repair & Install, Fence & Deck, Painting, Septic Install, Pool Maintenance, and Handyman/home repairs. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: full-time & part-time (no experience necessary, although it is a plus) DAILY SCHEDULE: (20-35 hours per week) You will be required to complete the day’s reasonable schedule. We try to work only Monday-Friday (7am-completion) unless it rains. If it rains, all lawns are moved a day forward on the schedule. You can attempt to catch up so that you avoid working on the weekend. For the job of Lawn and Landscape Specialist you will be performing duties such as mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, trimming bushes, picking up trash and debris, applying weed control, mulch & rock installations, planting flora, fence & deck installations, pergolas, interior/exterior painting & staining, pressure washing, and other landscape jobs. This is not an inclusive listing of duties as other things will be required of you depending on the job site. We prefer a background in landscaping, but it is not required. You must be able to provide your own transportation to a central location, near Nolanville, from which the service trucks leave from daily. Requirements: * Must be reliable * Dependable * Show up on time * Honest * Hard working (20-35 hours per week) * Lift 75 lbs * Able to work in heat of the day * Allergies can not stop you from working * Able to maintain residential and commercial properties in a professional manner. No experience necessary. Training available. Must have reliable transportation.
