He is my sister and dad's cat, the back door blew open with the recent high winds while they weren't home and he decided to go on an adventure. He is a very friendly indoor kitty and would probably go up to someone. He is a black domestic short haired young male neutered cat, wearing a blue collar with blue bell and American flag bandana wrapped around the collar.
