Guitarist looking for local jamming partners

Looking to see what's here locally. I have a house in Newark with a jam room and full PA. My influences: Rush, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Deep Purple, Van Halen, Allman Bros, Iron Maiden, The Police, Yes, Genesis, Pink Floyd, etc. I write some original stuff, too. I have experience playing all kinds of music, but my forte is heavy blues, classic rock, 80s rock, and old-school standard tuned hard rock and metal. I can sing with a good range and can play bass, and a little drums and keys, too. I have formal and informal training, and am an instructor working in Columbus. Many years' experience. I am 51, for those who care. Looking to play fun music with good players, and not just chug through the same boring easy cover material everyone else plays. Don't care what you think the clubs want to hear, been there, done that, and it doesn't pay enough anyway, so I'd rather play what I want for nothing than play the Standard Setlist That Everyone Plays for peanuts. Not really into the Seeger/Skynyrd/Tom Petty thing, I'm more into the Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Cream, and other more intense/heavy old school stuff. Goal is to jam and have fun first. If you want to play Some Kind of Wonderful or Gimme Three Steps or Runnin Down A Dream, I'm not your guy. But if you want to play War Pigs or Black Dog or Purple Haze and/or stuff like that, hit me up.
