If you have experience in residential Window & Door installation, have a positive attitude and are already licensed and insured, it's time to launch your new partnership with Tri-County Exteriors. We are looking for talented installers with/without crews immediately. We are a company that services the Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties in PA. We also service parts of NJ and DE. Must be dependable, have your own vehicles, equipment, and tools. Vehicles may not promote services for any company other than Tri-County Exteriors. Dedicated or full-time crews preferred. Punctuality and excellence in performances is required! Qualities in our Ideal Candidate: • At least 5 years of experience with the installation of windows & doors • Your own truck and tools, including brake • Having proper insurance and licensing • Fielding your own crew (preferred) • Highly skilled individuals welcome • Craftsmanship coupled with customer service that is second to none • Professional demeanor and work ethic • Self-motivated and disciplined • All installations of forms of vinyl, wood, composite, fiber cement and aluminum window installations • Well versed and capable of all wood repairs and replacements related with window installs (Interior window and door molding and exterior wood trim and framing) • Skilled with exterior aluminum capping installs, fabrication and application • Dependable, reliable, punctual, good communication skills, professional Here is what we provide: • Consistent work up to 6 days per week and 12 months per year • Excellent pay scales and possible increases with a proven track record • Pay every week • Materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the project • A partnership that is mutually beneficial and rewarding
