I will be teaching the filipino martial art of Kali (Arnis/Escrima) for an hour every morning for the next 7 days Aug 9-Aug15 from 8:00am-9:00am. I have trained for many years in Kali, Hsing I, Pa Kua, Judo, Aikido, Kempo and more, so my approach will be a bit more holistic than a pure traditional approach. We will practice striking, blocking, disarming, and striking patterns. Since I am not looking to make money, I mainly want to share this art with others, the classes are free, but you may donate up to $5 per class to cover costs if you'd like.
