Serious Inquiries Only! Blue Ridge Preservation, Inc of Boone is looking for full-time, year-round Houseman. Responsibilities include: -Assisting with all laundry duties (collecting, transporting, loading/unloading washers and dryers, folding, delivering, etc.) -Assisting housekeeping supervisor with collection of dirty linen and transporting them from rooms to laundry area -Assisting with transporting clean linen from laundry area to rooms -Stocking rooms with clean linen (sheets, towels, etc.) -Setting up and maintaining event space and meeting rooms, as well as other reasonable tasks as assigned by Manager -Possess the ability to carry, lift, move items of 20-50 lbs. This position requires standing and movement during an 8-hour shift Qualifications: -Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus -Positive attitude & teamwork Benefits: Health Insurance after 90 days of employment, 401K option after One-year of full time employment. Job Type: Full-time, Pay based on experience. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends.
