Re-homing a male bunny -12 weeks old

It saddens me to write this but we are looking to re-home our 12 week old bunny as Im allergic. We have had him only a bit over a week and was bought from a breeder up north. His max weight will only be 4 pounds and he is a Holland Lop. He likes to be held, is loving and goes potty in his cage. I have taken him to the vet already for a check up and he comes with a new toys, new rabbit cage, new pet carrier, new bed, new bins that are all are full of bedding, pellet food and hay. I’m asking less for everything Ive spent. Which includes the price of the bunny and all the items! $250 for the bunny and all items.
