3 month old Pomeranian, is in need of rehoming. Quincy also has two rows of upper and lower teeth. While this hasn't caused him a problem yet, he may need dental intervention in the future. Last but not least, Quincy is yet fully potty-trained. While he is getting better and more consistent, he still needs a lot of work.
