We need one person for general house flips/rehabs. Some demo work. Some cleaning, and painting. Some landscaping. Remodeling experience a plus. This is a subcontract position. $15 and up per hour depending on skill level. Work 4 to 8 hours per day. Hard working person only. All work in Dayton.
