I have 2 Herpstat 4's. One was used for a couple weeks the other was used for about 7-8 months They both have the original box and 4 probes. Only one includes the manual but it is easily accessible online. THE only issue is one is missing two rubber feet. I just leveled it out with a piece of rubber. The one with the missing feet I will let go for $250. The other one with less usage and manual $285
