6 oak boards need ripping / cut-to-length

I have 6 boards which need to be ripped and cut to length. Boards are 3" oak flooring (roughly 7') and need to be ripped to 2 3/4". Also need to be cut to 6' lengths. For extra credit, I'd also like them chamfered and sanded to 120 grit. Would also like a few 1/4" drilled at specified locations (2-3 holes/board). I'll drop-off / pick-up boards at your location.
