Building Maintenance Part Time **Signing Bonus**

Welker Property Management is seeking reliable individual to add to their existing maintenance staff to repair, maintain Packett's Landing, a commercial property in Fairport. This includes: Outside clean up Landscaping Building maintenance, light electrical/plumbing/painting, misc. repairs Snow removal Applicant must have experience in building trades, preferably with carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, & light electrical. Hours start at 6 or 7 AM weekdays, some on call availability preferred. Individual must have valid a driver’s license along with reliable transportation and hand tools. High School diploma or GED required. A background check would be performed as part of the hiring process. Wages would be commensurate with experience. Applicant must be willing to work in all types of weather, be able to shovel snow, lift 50lbs, and be able to climb and work off ladders.
