Ask about Bonus Plan During our Peak Season's we need extra help for completing many of our projects. We take this opportunity to hire individuals and develop, train, and help them progress in our industry. Starting at a Laborer position is a great stepping stone for those interested in getting into or back into the construction field. We provide in house training and will invest time into cross training employees so they can develop well rounded skills. We understand that those with no experience or limited experience may be hesitant to apply. We want to assure you that we can work with and train anyone. We ask that you meet the following Applicant Requirements: • Must be able to work flexible schedules- (we do not work banker hours) • Must be able to show up on time each day ready to work. • You must be willing to work short, long and variable shifts. We also work almost every weekend in the summer and fall season. Including certain holidays. • You will be required to have an open mind and be willing to be trained and follow directions. • You must be able to work with Safety and Professionalism in mind.
