We are looking for warehouse associates to work full time in its distribution warehouse. We are looking for individuals that like working in a fast paced environment and are looking to become part of a team that promotes job growth and recognizes hard work. We are looking for individuals who have worked in the following capacity: • Selectors (Picking inventory) • Inventory Control • Packers (Packing inventory for shipment) General Job Duties: • Receive products • Use RF Scanners • Pick customer orders • Pack and ship customer orders Shift Schedule and Hours • 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM • 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Work Environment • Work is done in a refrigerated environment (warehouse temperature is set at 32 degrees, Freezer -5 degrees) • Environment is fast paced Benefits: • Full Health Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental & Live Insurance) • 401K Retirement Savings Program with Company Match • Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays • Employee Discount Program for Product Purchases • Growing Company Skills Needed: • Must have prior experience working in a warehouse; preferably in a distribution environment • Experience working in a refrigerated/freezer environment is STRONGLY preferred • Experience driving forklifts is a plus • Basic Computer skills Basic Requirements: • At least 18 years old and must possess a HS diploma or equivalent • Provide proof of right to work in the US • Willing and able to work overtime as required • Able to read and take direction in English • Can lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift • Able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach • Must have Regular and Reliable Attendance
