General Summary This is your opportunity to join a well-established and growing company. This is not a warehouse position, but rather a position that is integrated into the production process. You will responsible for moving different sized sheet metal and coils around the staging and production area. All material is moved with a forklift. Desirable shifts..... M- F job! JOB REQUIREMENTS: -2+ years’ Forklift experience -Must have comfort balancing weight and size of wide/heavy products.- -Not required but experience in metal; shop pipe-yard, ship-yard, lumber-yard or industrial warehouse is a plus -Must be safety-minded and demonstrate experience with proper safety procedures. -Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures -Communication skills, both verbal and written, and organizational skills -Stack, load, and feed production line in an orderly and safe manner in the locations indicated by the foreman -Ability to make and be accountable for decisions
