My Indy Cleaning Services provides commercial and residential cleaning in the Indianapolis area and surrounding communities such as Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Lawrence, and more. Residential/Commercial Cleaning Professionals at My Indy Cleaning act as a self-employed Independent Contractor. My Indy Cleaning will work with the cleaners to coordinate residential cleaning service opportunities. My Indy Cleaning will handle all customer services, scheduling, payments and billing. Cleaners will keep 100% of the tips earned as well as have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses for excellent work. Cleaners will be compensated weekly for services performed. Do you already have clients or work for another organization? No worries – as an Independent Contractor, you can keep your already established clients. House Cleaner Responsibilities - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Meeting with homeowners to discuss their expectations and preferences. - Responding to homeowners' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. - Informing homeowners of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning. - Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks. - Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances. - Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs. - Spot cleaning doors and frames. - Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring. - Performing interior window cleanings. - Vacuuming carpets and steam-cleaning upholstery. - Position Requirements This contract agreement requires at least two years of paid professional cleaning experience. Key competencies for this agreement include: - Valid driver’s license. - Working vehicle - Submit and pass a background check - Provide own cleaning supplies - Have access to email or a smartphone - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience maintaining a pleasant demeanor in difficult situations - Keen attention to detail - Organization skills with the ability to prioritize the client’s needs - Flexibility with work schedule for when extended work hours or days are needed - Reliability
