Description
Max is a 5-year-old male, neutered German Shepherd. He is playful, loyal, sweet and protective. Max generally likes other dogs and is friendly. He is a big boy, about 85 pounds but is not too bad on a leash. He was rescued from a local county kill shelter and was on the last day of his allotted time before being put down.
His best home would be with one person, probably a guy, who doesn’t have to leave him home alone but maybe works from home. A couple would also be fine. Max likes women but because of his size and strength, he may be too much to handle at first.
A training program with the person who will be the primary one to walk him would be provided by us for the successful adopter. Also in terms of training specific to each individual dog, we create a specific training program regarding each dog’s personality and our view of the dog’s needs and sensitivities. This training gives each adopter the best opportunities to bond quickly and understand each dog’s nature and avoid mistakes in integrating the new family member.
