Building a danceable "Classic Alternative" cover band and need to pair up the right combo of lead-vox/rhythm with lead-guitar. We have some candidates but need to keep looking to create good combos to consider. At the moment we have more lead-guitar candidates than lead-vox/rhythm, so are focusing our search on lead-vox/rhythm. Lead-vox/rhythm would sing 40%-60%, and play simple guitar/keys when others lead-sing. We are a core of: drums, bass/vox, keys/vox.
