FOUND Iphone on Bell Road

Found a black iPhone in a case on Bell Road right outside the Haynesfield subdivision in Halls. Screen is badly damage and I cannot get it to power up. While writing this, it starting playing a ringtone. Not sure if it was ringing or if it was an alarm. Describe the case to confirm ownership.
