Local, well established, General Contractor looking for a property preservation laborer. This position is part time to start, with the opportunity for full-time. Day to day duties will vary and work consists of landscaping, general repairs, carpentry, demolition, trash outs and winterizations. Reliable transportation, a smart phone, and basic tools are required. This position is paid through a 1099 with competitive hourly pay and fuel compensation
