Superintendent's Assistant (Working with Super and able to work independently getting job done in a timely manner) Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking is very much needed but non spanish applicants can apply) 4-5 days per week Independent Contractor Position Car is helpful Working mainly at the main site but will travel with Superintendent to other properties from time to time. Main site is on borderline of Bronx/Yonkers, New York. Experience with Porter work(cleaning, sweeping, mopping, windows, garbage, lawn/grass/hedge cutting), duties include but not limited to Painting, Plastering, lifting of furniture to garbage area, bringing in work supplies, basement organization, handyman work like korking/tile grouting/unclogging tub/toilet, changing a stem, door knob, mailbox lock, installing a step in a building, Sanitizing garbage area, watering lawn, cleaning backyard, breaking down furniture, cleaning floors, Looking for an experienced General Laborer who is industrious, diligent, punctual, intelligent, efficient, loyal, honest, energetic, organized, responsible, accountable for themselves and their work, clean and good work ethics.
