Made for the curious of mind and belly: Learn a few tricks to impress & make magic in the kitchen. Want to know the details behind the plates on our menus or take home a few fresh tricks? Sharpen your knife skills and get better acquainted with previously intimidating ingredients. Join us for an afternoon in the kitchen classroom at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in central Sister Bay to learn a few tricks from Chef Matt Chambas. Classes are hands on, expect demonstrations & an individual workspace provided for each student to dive right in. Enjoy an intimate Q&A with the chef. Classes are limited to eight students. Let the chef curate your menu & learning experience -or- book out an entire class to personalize your experience. Classes will incorporate various elements; discussion + demonstrations of food prep, processing, and cooking. You are sure to go home inspired with a belly full of ideas to impress. FAQs How do I get to the School? Where do I park? The cooking classes are held at the NWTC Sister Bay Campus. 2438 N Bay Shore Drive, Sister Bay, WI 54234 (Previously Nicolet National Bank) There is a parking lot directly in front of the building. The school is entirely handicap accessible. Follow the signs inside to the kitchen classroom. What should I wear to class? Please wear closed toe shoes, it is likely you will be working with heat, sharp tools, & kitchen utensils. Aprons will be provided. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
