Learn how to properly carry and use pepper spray, basic self defense striking and movement. All students receive a free pepper spray unit! Learn how to best carry, and deploy a pepper spray unit. Practice your skills with training partners in a safe training environment using inert units (water only). Learn a functional defense stance, blocking technique, and a simple strike that can be used by a defender of any size or strength. Learn how pepper spray works, what units are best, and what to avoid. All students will receive a POM pepper spray unit identical to the training units provided in class.
