Start your Sunday Funday off with a 75-min yoga class and a refreshing beer! Join HER Wellness at Essex County Brewing Company every Sunday for a 6-week yoga series! Enjoy an invigorating 75-min all levels vinyasa yoga flow and enrich your taste buds after each class with a delicious beer to start your Sunday Fundays off in pure bliss. Please bring a yoga mat and be prepared to work for your reward! One beer is included in ticket price. To abide with CDC regulations, participants will be required to social distance during class. Depending on weather, we may be able to enjoy summer yoga on the deck! All are welcome. Beer lovers wanted! $22 per class - one free beer if you attend ALL 6 classes. Must be 21+ years of age. ID required.
