lost dog spotted

Description

i saw what appeared to be a lost dog running down east pleasant street. it was brown and had a collar with tags. i tried to call out to it but it ran, i wasnt able to get a view of its tags as it was very afraid of people. it ran into the wildwood conservation area forest. pictures included. this was at 4:30 on sunday the 8th.
