We are seeking an individual to help with rental maintenance. Individual must be self-motivated, problem solving, detail-oriented and teachable. Also must be able to treat guests professionally and courteously during your work. Part time independent contractor English only Drivers license w/ reliable transportation (truck for Home Depot runs), Mileage is reimbursed, Ability to pass drug screen, Punctual and dependable Must be able respond to an occasional emergency call (water, sewer investigation) General handyman experience, basic plumbing, carpentry knowledge, roofing, flooring, painting) Knowledge of Mobile Homes is a plus (siding, skirting, roofs) General grounds repair. (fencing, underground irrigation) Comfortable with heights/ ladders General demolition Bring your own tools for the most part but some can be provided. I have bigger projects available for more qualified candidates (home kitchen / bath remodel) Thank you
